What We Do

Y.D.I Healthcare security specialises in providing security services for primary healthcare facilities across North London. Our Healthcare security champions are responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of GPs, employees, and patients.

To meet the unique needs of the healthcare environment, our champions undergo an additional training program that emphasis their role and understanding of the healthcare sector. Upon completion, they are awarded a certificate.

Upon joining us, we'll assign one of our champions to your GP to build rapport with staff and patients. Y.D.I Healthcare securityhas 100+ champions who understand the importance of their role. We provide Door Supervision year-round and tailor security solutions to meet your specific needs in a cost-effective and efficient way

Monitoring entry and exit points

Our security champions monitor all entry and exit points throughout our service hours to ensure the safety and security of the premises.

Maintaining order

Our plan is to uphold order within the healthcare center through a friendly yet assertive approach.

Our goal is to respond to all incidents in a timely and effective manner, with a commitment to providing the highest standard of service.

Our Security Champions

Our security champions who specialize in healthcare security must undergo specialized training and possess specific qualifications to ensure they are equipped to handle the unique challenges of providing security in a healthcare environment.

Our training typically involves a combination of classroom instruction and on-the-job training to ensure that the security champions have a solid understanding of healthcare security protocols and procedures, as well as the ability to handle difficult situations that may arise in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications for healthcare security champions may vary depending on the state or country in which they operate. They will also be required to obtain a specific license or certification, provided by us. In addition to training and certification, healthcare security champions must also have a strong understanding of privacy laws, patient confidentiality, and healthcare regulations, to which we provide training for.

All our security champions will undergo a :

  • Enhanced DBS Checks
  • Drug and Alcohol Test
  • Psychological Assesments
  • Medical Assesments

We aim to attract and retain the highest caliber of securitypersonnel who are fully capable of providing optimal safety and security measures for patients within the healthcare facility.
